Key Responsibilities
• Greet and assist visitors in a friendly and professional manner, ensuring a welcoming experience.
• Manage incoming calls promptly and direct them to the appropriate personnel courteously.
• Organize and handle mail, courier services, and package deliveries efficiently.
• Maintain a tidy and organized reception area.
• Provide administrative support, including scheduling, data entry, and document management.
• Assist with staff appointments and meeting coordination.
• Respond to inquiries with accurate information regarding Sri Lanka Cricket’s events and programs.
Qualifications and Experience
• A Diploma in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related discipline (mandatory).
• Prior experience in a receptionist or similar role will be an added advantage.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Strong multitasking, organizational, and time management abilities.
• A proactive mindset with keen attention to detail.
• A genuine passion for cricket is highly desirable.
