Job Vacancy: Relationship Assistant – Corporate Solutions & Internet Payment Gateway (IPG & SMP) at Seylan Bank
Seylan Bank, one of Sri Lanka’s leading progressive financial institutions, is looking for a Relationship Assistant to join their Corporate Solutions & Internet Payment Gateway (IPG & SMP) team. Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in analyzing and developing strategies to tap into new business opportunities for IPG & Merchant Portal solutions.
- Collaborate with Corporate Banking, Corporate Credit, and Branch Credit departments to generate leads for IPG and Merchant Portal solutions.
- Work closely with internal teams (Retail Sales Channels, Digital Channels, Branch Relationship Officers, Corporate Banking, Marketing, and Personal Banking) to deliver services and close business leads.
- Initiate product and solution developments with relevant Product Managers.
- Prepare business and solution proposals for targeted clients.
The Ideal Candidate:
- At least 2 years of experience in a bank or financial institution with exposure to marketing and sales.
- Experience in canvassing and selling banking solutions.
- Excellent customer service skills with a positive attitude.
- Strong coordination, organizational, and team-building skills.
- Full or part qualification in CIM / SLIM will be an added advantage.
